Reason You Feel you will Fit this Role: I have run ponies dreams since season one of FiM. I like to believe I have good pony-people skills.
Examples of how you will deal with a Problem: Shall I refer to thee to Equestria and EqH? XD
I go by the three-strikes-you're-out rule. If you've been warned by staff once, then once with ejection, and then a temp ban with a message exclaiming what you did wrong and logs will be sent to the higher-ups. If you keep attempting to return and prove you did not learn your lesson, then we will discuss a perm-ban.
(Bonus, admittedly I talk about this stuff irl to help get jobs. XD)
