Are you Currently Volunteering at any other dreams on this or any Alts? [X] Yes [ ] No
If so what dreams are you also Volunteering in?
I am currently holding a position as Supervisor at the dream titled 'The Lost Forest' on the alt Glo. Recently the dream has gone down and from what I can tell the owner is temporarily closing it. Most likely being closed due to the lack of active patrons. And because of this I have nothing specific to do when I log on Furcadia, the majority of the time I have my character sitting around as I look for something to catch my attention on another window.

How did you hear about us?:
I stumbled upon the dream while walking around Allegria Island in search of a place of interest or with active furres. It was next to the well-known Equestria dream and similar title gave me the curiosity to go in and check it out.
Why did you decide to volunteer with us?:
I decided to volunteer here because I have plenty of time to devote to being active in the dream. Being a younger person, I don't have too many responsibilities right now. Another reason other than time devotion would be because of how mature I am considered for my age. Often through the making of Furcadia friends they often would ask a common question, which would be about my age. When there were more players and I talked to more people, I noticed a trend on the different furres commenting on how mature I was for my age. This comment was something I heard more commonly at the age of 13 and 14, and it's a trait I have held dear since I've seemed to have truly earned it. A last reason I decided to volunteer is because of my levels of experience overall with Furcadia. I've only played Furcadia for a good 4-5 years, but in this time I've learned to Dragon Speak, Patch, and perform other Furcadia-related activities.

Why do you want to serve in this position? How do you hope to benefit the community?
I want to serve as an Eventer because I feel this position best fits my interests and skills/abilities. I hope to benefit the community with my creativity skills that would play very well in this volunteer group. Being as creative as I see myself, I am able to come up with ideas that are both unique and original. These ideas can be applied to the dream in ways of different events and new games that aren't played throughout anywhere in Furcadia.

Describe your favorite Volunteer or Work Experience:
My favorite work experience would have to be working at Rissy's Café. Even when nobody was there to be served, there were usually always other staff members online to talk to and share laughs with. The dream kept you busy too, not only did furres visit to be seated and served, but random messes spawned on the map and needed to be cleaned up to keep the Café looking it's best. And often the furres who were served by me seemed very polite and friendly, sometimes leading into conversation and friendship. Most of the time it was just a casual encounter. And with their growing hunger for pixeled food and entertainment some furres became frequent visitors after the first visit due to how welcomed they felt and the love for the dream itself and the things you could do.

What do you think makes you a good fit for volunteering with us?:
I think I'm a good fit for volunteering at EH because of reasons mentioned in an earlier question: time devotion, maturity, and overall Furcadia experience. Though if I were to add onto this I would say that I'm a good fit for volunteering here because of my love for MLP:FiM. I'm not going to lie, even though I love the show and the fandom, I'm not going to be a jerk and say how I know everything about the entire fandom and the show, because I don't, and I strongly dislike people who act like they do. Despite the hatred that brews up in me around this kind of person, I still manage to stay calm, cool, and collected and try my best to coexist despite our different behaviors.

List the Qualifications and Skills that you bring to the Volunteer Position:
An important skill that I bring to the position of Eventer is patience. This specific skill is important because of how it is useful when explaining new games to patrons, not everyone will grasp an idea as quickly as another. We're all different and learn at our own pace, whether it be fast or slow. A patron could be asking a series of questions and very confused, a patient Eventer would take the time to explain to them while being polite. Another important skill I bring to the Eventer position is being able to easily relate to younger players. By this I mean that I can take complex statements and dumb them down to simple ideas so they can be understood. I understand that not all younger players will have an extensive vocabulary as many of the older furres. Seeing that I'm still in my youth, I still can manage to talk to the younger crowd because I'm still fairly young myself and considered to be in that crowd.

Had this finished, thought I could go to bed, let me just warn everypony, DO NOT CLICK THE SPELL CHECK BUTTON, it cleared my entire application after I was finished, thus I had to redo the entire thing and postpone my sleep. From this I learned a few possible typos are better than trying to take the easy way out. It's funny because I never bother with spell check, I just felt that for this it would be important.
