Reason You Feel you will Fit this Role:
Possible reasons I fit this role is mostly because I'm understanding, I'm friendly and always willing to help out. Though also strict. I'm willing to do my job and work hard at it. I don't let people push me around.
Examples of how you will deal with a Problem:
During our catastrophe yesterday, people were on Skype talking about how said furres were overusing that word and I asked if we should give them a public warning, which some seemed okay and others didn't, so I did what was best for this situation and gave them all a public warning, which said this:
** (17:35:35) Scootaloo: Guys, there is no NEED to constantly speak the word "gay" every other line. It's really starting to seem like you all are trolling. Please do not use it every other line and only use it when you REALLY need too. **
Celestia thereafter went ahead and dodged the warning, thus I ejected her once more and told her why. She came back and continued, so I ejected her once more. She came back and kept going, so I left. I couldn't ban her, and eventually one of the co-owners had dealt with the problem.
** another example** (a real life example)
Another example of how I deal with a problem is.. an issue that happened while I was working, (hopefully a Furcadia issue and a non-Furcadia issue should be good, also this issue happened about 3 weeks after I started working which was Thursday, September 20th exactly. I wrote it down in my diary, to remind myself).
One of my supervisors, Randy(he has HORRIBLE anger management issues and the slightest thing will really make him mad, he's also a smoker and when he doesn't get smoke breaks he freaks out) and a co-worker, Byron were fighting by our ovens. The kitchen was an open kitchen so all customers can see what we're doing. So I heard them arguing in the back and a customer asked me if they were arguing I had said to them, "It doesn't sound to good, I'm slightly worried" the customer told me to go check it out. This was happening during the night where it's not too busy so there are only 3 people working an evening shift. I walked towards the back of the kitchen and noticed Byron spilled the last soup for the evening and Randy was flipping out on him. It doesn't take long for soups to be made, roughly 5-10 minutes. Randy noted me on the fact that there were several customers waiting, though really there were only 3. So I told him that we would make more soup(garden vegetable, nom!), and I told him he should go sit down and relax and take a smoke break, I gave up my break for the evening for him(we're allowed to do that with special permission, I had to sign a form).
I went out and got him a coffee(staff coffees are free), he was shaking a bit. I brought him his coffee and walked out to the middle line where are soups are and let the customers know what happened. They were fine with it, I thanked them and went back to the ovens and checked on Byron. He was upset about spilling the soup, and I told him that Randy is always like that and not to take him so seriously when he raises his voice. I helped him pick up the rest of the soup and walked back out to the line to serve the customer. He thanked me and told me he's glad there are co-workers with enough balls(yes he literally said that) to stop an argument between a supervisor and a co-worker. I've done this many times. I'm always VERY calm during work so I can help people with issues. When my managers found out about the issue, they thanked me personally. It made me feel really good, and I felt confident being able to help out in these sort of issues.
If you need more Furc examples, let me know. I just figured one Furc example and one RL example would be enough.
