Permanent Home Rules

• You may only own one permanent Home or Apartment at a time, However if you may add a Garden to a house or Apartment or a House or Apartment to a Garden. You will have to add up the price of both IE a Apartment and Garden are 3 GDS a month and a House and Garden are 4 GDS a month. Please give other people a chance. For more information or questions, contact someone on the management team or higher.
• You may pay for several months in advance if you wish, but you may or may not be allowed to pay late!
• If you forfeit your perm you may NOT give it to someone else unless cleared by management or higher beforehand. This is unfair to others on the list, who may have waited longer. If you forfeit your home, it will go back up for sale unless previously discussed.
• If you own one and you no longer want it, you may get a refund for the remaining time from Lauren Faust
  
• Failure to use the permanent home or bad behavior in dream by the perm owner or its key holders may result in the removal of your permanent home. We may also refuse to allow you to renew your home. And posable refuse to allow you to get a perm again. So everypony be nice.
  
• Misbehavior and/or rule breaking my result in you being removed from the list.
• After your permanent home is decorated, you will need to ask the owner to save it for you, otherwise it will be cleared, or reverted back to its previous decorated state, upon a reload.
  
• To get a perm home, you must ask at the desk to be put on the list. Currently the only one who can do this is Lauren Faust
  
• You are responsible for keeping up with when payment is due. Staff members will NOT warn you upon due date. (We are working on a bot that will whisper you and warn you of you inpending due date)

If you are inactive from the dream for two months, you will be moved to the 'recently removed' list. If you wish to be re-added, you'll have to start over.
